  •  Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  •  Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  •  Learn about the real estate market trends, property prices, and law requirements in Dubai and keep up with them.
  •  Show properties to people who might want to buy or rent them, emphasizing what makes each one special and discussing the terms of the sale or lease.
  •  Seal the deal and make sure all the paperwork and financial transactions are done correctly and quickly.
  •  Work with the marketing and listings team to get people interested in homes and get them to buy or rent them.
  • Go to and take part in real estate shows, parties, and networking chances to get new clients and spread the word about the company’s services.
  •  Give great customer service and help after the sale to keep customers happy and loyal.


  •  Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  •  In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai, including property prices, legal requirements, and market trends.
  •  Strong networking abilities and the drive to build and maintain client relationships.
  •  Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
