JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling orders by email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
- Sending out offers based on preset conditions to customers on a daily basis
- Ensuring a regular follow up on all offers sent
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- working together with other departments to guarantee effective handling of sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries
- creating and maintaining filing systems to keep track of sales, generate reports, and give the finance department financial data.
- maximizing the appeal of the business’s goods and services to prospective clients.
- You will take on the responsibilities of clerical and administrative support as a secretary in order to streamline office workflow processes.
- You will help executives and coworkers by providing information and assistance with planning.
- Returning calls and rerouting them as needed
- Organizing new meetings and appointments and overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda
- drafting and distributing memos, letters, and forms
- Create and distribute memoranda, forms, and communications.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous

- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
