JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling orders by email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
  • Sending out offers based on preset conditions to customers on a daily basis
  • Ensuring a regular follow up on all offers sent
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • working together with other departments to guarantee effective handling of sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries
  • creating and maintaining filing systems to keep track of sales, generate reports, and give the finance department financial data.
  • maximizing the appeal of the business’s goods and services to prospective clients.
  • You will take on the responsibilities of clerical and administrative support as a secretary in order to streamline office workflow processes.
  • You will help executives and coworkers by providing information and assistance with planning.
  • Returning calls and rerouting them as needed
  • Organizing new meetings and appointments and overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda
  • drafting and distributing memos, letters, and forms
  • Create and distribute memoranda, forms, and communications.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous

  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
