JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
- Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand’s image and coordination standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers’ requests
- Particular to Multimedia: Report unavailable and underperforming items to the Department Manager
- Particular to Multimedia: Organize products in the right sections based on sales patterns, the date of release, and department manager suggestions.
- Particular to Multimedia: Upsell and cross-sell goods and services to fulfill daily and hourly sales goals.
- Make sure that the process of receiving goods and shipments is quick and easy. Maintain correct inventory to reduce the chance of theft and security breaches. This may be achieved by doing physical and
- electronic inventories when necessary and reporting any incidents, broken alarms, or suspicious activity.
- As needed, manage the cash register and customer transactions in an efficient and precise manner.
REQURIEMENTS
- High School Degree
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS office
