Sales Agent Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists customers with information about flydubai flights, schedules, product, terms, and conditions.

Assists with making new bookings, modifying existing bookings, issuing tickets on flydubai flights as per customer request.

Collects cash or other forms of payment, creates, and submits daily sales reports to the supervisor and/or manager, and ensures proper banking/reporting to the finance department.

Updates the ‘OK to board’ message on SPRINT and stamps the visa copy in accordance with government regulations.

As needed, works with agency support, reservation support, group support, airport services, and other internal areas to meet customer needs and requests.

Helps customers who have been affected by flight delays or cancellations by making it easier for them to rebook.

Promotes and sells extra services offered by flydubai, like UAE visa, insurance, and rent-a-car services, to customers at the flydubai sales shop. Also brings in money by starting and advertising the flydubai

Holidays product.

Oversees the commercial visa process by checking the information that passengers and agents send for visas and giving passengers their UAE visa deposit refunds as needed.

Offers a wide range of choices to turn inquiries into transactions, which maximises sales opportunities and boosts revenue.

oversees the process from the first question to the ticket being issued for independent and walk-in group requests.

Does any other tasks that are given to them to make sure the work unit runs smoothly.
