- Drive Efficiency through Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the retail store operations team.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency through effective teamwork.
- Change Management Skills:
- Determine areas where the operations of the retail business can be improved proactively.
- Notify RSO managers of any areas that need improvement, and work together to put the changes into practice.
- Attend to the requirements and needs for training that result from modifications to systems or procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive training programs for new-joiners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Conduct refresher sessions to reinforce operational standards and procedures.
- Lead training sessions for the introduction of new solutions or platforms, ensuring smooth integration into store operations.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures by conducting regular store visits.
- Act as the first-line support to frontliners, addressing compliance-related queries and issues promptly.
- Store Projects’ Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of store projects.
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects to ensure successful outcomes.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
