  1. Drive Efficiency through Collaboration and Communication: 
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the retail store operations team.
    • Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency through effective teamwork.
  2. Change Management Skills:
    • Determine areas where the operations of the retail business can be improved proactively.
    • Notify RSO managers of any areas that need improvement, and work together to put the changes into practice.
    • Attend to the requirements and needs for training that result from modifications to systems or procedures.
  3. Training:
    • Conduct comprehensive training programs for new-joiners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
    • Conduct refresher sessions to reinforce operational standards and procedures.
    • Lead training sessions for the introduction of new solutions or platforms, ensuring smooth integration into store operations.
  4. Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures by conducting regular store visits.
    • Act as the first-line support to frontliners, addressing compliance-related queries and issues promptly.
  5. Store Projects’ Implementation Support:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of store projects.
    • Contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects to ensure successful outcomes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
