JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct daily sales meetings to follow up, provide instructions, and offer weekly product training.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales target plan and strategy.
• As a liaison across departments, work with the sales team to coordinate payments, collections, important orders, and project estimates.
• Help salespeople by efficiently managing their time, assessing their work
• resolving complicated problems, and guaranteeing top-notch customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

– Open to Arabic and European nationalities
– Male, 40 years old and below
– Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
– At least 4 years experience in retail sales with proven track record in achieving sales targets, implementing strategies, and managing store operations.
