JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for leading and developing the team, setting high standards of excellence while working with the Head Chef and other senior members of the restaurant management team.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  •  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required and a passion for hospitality is a must-have.
  •  Experience working in a fine-dining restaurant is preferred.

REQURIEMENTS

  •  Prior Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor experience in a luxury 5-star hotel.
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills.
  •  Knowledge of local F&B regulations.
  •  Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages a plus.
