JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establishes an optimal customer experience by maintaining a seamless restaurant operation.
- Ensures that the site is operating in line with standard procedures while ensuring adherence to MAF policies and guidelines.
- Ensures Food and Beverage initiatives are executed accordingly to drive financial performance while keeping costs in line.
- keeps a close eye on the assigned operations’ performance, makes sure the site’s operations budgets are followed, and reports any deviations.
- guarantees that the building continuously satisfies the safety and cleanliness requirements set forth by local law; this includes conducting routine restaurant inspections.
- oversees the accurate, timely completion of weekly, monthly, and year-end inventory counts. Takes appropriate action when variations beyond the allocated amounts.
- makes use of internal recognition systems to track, assess, and honor exceptional work from employees.
- keeps an eye on the site’s financial operations to make sure that cash management, financial data, and reporting are accurate, timely, and of high quality.
REQURIEMENTS
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment, including at 2-years as an Associate Manager
- Certificate /Course/Diploma in Hospitality with relevant experience. (Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferred)
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong understanding of overall functionality of restaurant operations.
- Experience with food and beverage standards and practices.
