JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Continuously delivers exceptional Service by personally interacting with Guests throughout their Dining Experience.
  • Ensures a Seamless Dining Experience for Guests, Anticipating their Needs and Exceeding Expectations.
  • Showcases a Proactive Approach to addressing Guests’ concerns and fulfilling their requests, Swiftly Resolving any issues to ensure exceptional Guest Satisfaction.
  • Enhances the overall Guest Experience by ensuring Seamless Operations and Excellence in Service Delivery.
  • Checks and improves the lively atmosphere of the eating destination on a regular basis, keeping an eye on the lighting, music, decorations, and table settings to make sure that the dining experience is authentic and immersive.
  • Creates and applies innovative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all areas of the restaurant’s operations, such as how to open and close, handle reservations, seat guests, and manage service flow, in order to provide the best possible Guest Journey.
  • Keeps a close eye on and manages the restaurant’s inventory, making sure that the right amount of supplies, tools, and ingredients are always on hand and that no food is wasted.

     

  • Enforces strict Health and Safety Standards, such as Sanitation Guidelines, and Food Quality Control measures to meet regulatory requirements and keep FIVE’s clean and healthy standards at the top of the business.
  • Helps create a high-class dining experience by working together with the food and drink team to make sure guests are happy and receive excellent service.
  • Work with the executive chef to create a custom menu that features next-level cuisine, combining seasonal, authentic, and innovative culinary masterpieces, as well as taking market trends and guest preferences into account.
  • Works with the culinary team to make sure that high-quality ingredients are always available and that the standards of food preparation and presentation are always met.
  • Keeps an eye on how the menu is doing, gets feedback from guests, and makes changes to improve profits, customer happiness, and culinary creativity.
  • Boosts sales and profits by using proactive strategies, cost-effective measures, best-in-class pricing strategies, and well-thought-out sales events.
  • Looks into ways to make more money, like special events, collaborations, and partnerships, while keeping the dining concept’s integrity.
  • Looks at financial reports, like sales trends, food and drink costs, and labor costs, to find ways to make things better and put those changes into action in order to maximize profits.
  • Works with the Finance Department to make sure that financial reports are correct, that budget limits are met, and that costs are managed well.
  • Chooses and hires talented people who really care about providing excellent service.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable Leadership Position within an upscale restaurant, ideally in a dynamic, opulent environment featuring performances by world-renowned DJs.
  • Extensive knowledge of various cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette, coupled with an Authentic Passion for delivering a captivating and immersive Dining Concept.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Restaurant Management software and POS systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations.
  • Proven track record in Achieving Financial Targets, managing budgets, and implementing cost control measures without compromising on quality and service.
