JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provides fast and excellent customer service to the customers in a professional manner, following the SGOT Rule (Smile – Greet – Offer – Thank).
• Adhere to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
• Collect and file all transaction supporting documents according to company’s uniform filing system and AML policies; arrange for document transfer to the warehouse.
• Whenever feasible, independently resolve consumer complaints
• Pay attention to, comprehend, and abide by all pronouncements made by the administrative or head offices.
• Send requests for technical assistance to the administrative office.
• Keep the desk, drawers, counter, and other surfaces clean in accordance with office regulations.
• Return calls, offering information and transfer rates as needed.
• Recognize and develop prospective clientele and commercial prospects.
• Give the Head Office, the Administration Office, and other company departments the information they require.
• Introduce and upsell clients on new goods and services.
• Participate in training initiatives and let the Branch Manager know what training is needed.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by direct managers.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• Minimum two years of experience in cash handling and customer service
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and at various locations across the UAE
• Capability to work effectively under pressure.
