JOB DESCRIPTION

• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire SME and corporate borrowers across various financing products, including Business Loans, POS Merchant Loans, Loan Against Property, Equipment Loans, Working Capital, and Trade Finance. Pitch Yubi’s value proposition and successfully onboard clients onto the Yubi Loans platform.
• Business Development: Conduct proactive business development activities, including outreach, prospecting, and lead generation, to build a robust pipeline of SME and corporate clients.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain connections with target clients’ key decision-makers, such as CFOs, CXOs, and Treasury teams. To guarantee a successful onboarding process, encourage continuous interaction throughout the sales process.

   

• Needs Analysis and Pitching: Recognize the debt requirements of your clients and customize Yubi’s offerings to meet their unique financing requirements.
• Transaction Handover: Make sure that onboarded clients are seamlessly transferred to the internal transaction execution team for post-onboarding assistance and deal closure.

   

• Account management: Track transaction statuses and meet financing needs to keep an eye on the progress of onboarded clients and make sure they stay active on the platform.

   

• Feedback Loop: Gather client input to continuously improve the onboarding procedure and communicate findings to the technology and product teams to better the user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in SME lending platforms or fintech solutions.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and regulatory landscape for corporate and SME financing.
