JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in updating and organizing documentation, including schedules and sign-up sheets.
  • Provide administrative support for membership programs, including processing applications and renewals.
  • Generate reports on membership statistics and trends.
  • Respond to inquiries from guests regarding recreational services, schedules, and membership details.
  • Effectively communicate with staff members who work in recreation and other hotel departments.
  • Organize events and leisure activities by keeping track of reservations and timetables.
  • Collaborate with various departments to make sure events are carried out well.

     

  • Manage the money side of things for leisure activities, including taking care of payments and keeping track of precise invoices.
  • Compile daily financial reports and support the monitoring of the budget.
  • Keep an eye on and control the quantity of goods and equipment used for recreation.
  • Place orders for the items you need, keep track of delivery.
  • Assist the recreation department with typical administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Help with the creation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Respond to the wants and questions of your visitors in a kind and professional manner.
  • Work together with the front desk and other hotel staff to guarantee a well-coordinated guest experience.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or recreational setting.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
