- Assist in updating and organizing documentation, including schedules and sign-up sheets.
- Provide administrative support for membership programs, including processing applications and renewals.
- Generate reports on membership statistics and trends.
- Respond to inquiries from guests regarding recreational services, schedules, and membership details.
- Effectively communicate with staff members who work in recreation and other hotel departments.
- Organize events and leisure activities by keeping track of reservations and timetables.
- Collaborate with various departments to make sure events are carried out well.
- Manage the money side of things for leisure activities, including taking care of payments and keeping track of precise invoices.
- Compile daily financial reports and support the monitoring of the budget.
- Keep an eye on and control the quantity of goods and equipment used for recreation.
- Place orders for the items you need, keep track of delivery.
- Assist the recreation department with typical administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Help with the creation of reports and presentations as required.
- Respond to the wants and questions of your visitors in a kind and professional manner.
- Work together with the front desk and other hotel staff to guarantee a well-coordinated guest experience.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or recreational setting.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
