JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcoming guests and clients as the first point of contact in the office
  • Managing the reception phone and email inbox, directing calls and inquiries to relevant team members
  • managing the Dubai office’s conference room reservations and scheduling
  • Helping with workplace event logistics, setup, and food
  • arranging courier services for packages from the company
  • Taking care of weekly orders for office supplies, laundry, and groceries
  • Keeping up the reception area and making requests for facilities when necessary

     

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced office environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google sheet and basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
