JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcoming guests and clients as the first point of contact in the office
- Managing the reception phone and email inbox, directing calls and inquiries to relevant team members
- managing the Dubai office’s conference room reservations and scheduling
- Helping with workplace event logistics, setup, and food
- arranging courier services for packages from the company
- Taking care of weekly orders for office supplies, laundry, and groceries
- Keeping up the reception area and making requests for facilities when necessary
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree or diploma in administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced office environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google sheet and basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
