  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Handles incoming calls promptly and transfers to concerned department/person to ensure that the caller’s requirements are addressed in a timely manner
  • Ensures that all outgoing calls (international, faxes, staff personal calls) are logged properly for accounts purpose
  • Keep papers and file them
  • Send papers or information to customers using a computer, mail, or fax machine.
  • Look at the facts to find answers to questions from customers or the public


  • Pick up, sort, send, or get ready mail, messages, or courier deliveries
  • Give details about the business, like where sections or offices are located, the people who work there, or the services they offer.
  • Do things like watering plants and putting magazines in order to keep the hallway or reception area clean.
  • Helps the sales staff with administrative tasks like photocopying office documents and receiving and sending faxes.
  • Besides that: To learn more about marketing, take part in and learn from marketing events.


  • Completed 12 year of schooling
  • Bachelor degree holder preferable
  • 2 years in customer service oriented organization


  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
  • Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively
  • Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people
