JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receives and screens incoming calls for all departments.
  • Welcomes company guests and visitors.
  • Manage the door access system.
  • Ensures that all important messages are properly dispatched.
  • Collect mail, letters, and parcels from couriers and distributes them accordingly.
  • Dispatch mail for all employees and Joint Ventures.
  • Keep an eye on all of your new emails on Oxy UAE email.

     

  • Insures that the reception area and meeting rooms are well-kept and look good.

     

  • Oversees the booking of meeting rooms and orders for food.

     

  • Help the OXY Abu Dhabi social group with events held within the company.

     

  • Take care of OXY Abu Dhabi’s private messaging.

     

  • Help a few different departments with sudden jobs.

     

  • Set up tests and interviews for applicants.

     

  • · Taking care of BC and other printing supplies (letterheads, envelopes, free slips, etc.).

     

  • Putting together and giving out entry badges.

     

  • Make sure the POB for the 9th floor is always up to date.

     

  • Help the manager with several jobs that need to be done.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Pleasing personality and excellent presentation.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Very good telephone etiquette.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Patience, dedication and willingness to assist others.
