  • Manage onboarding process for new vendors as per Air Products procedure.
  • Ensure regional approved vendor and contractor list is always updated.
  • Manage regional contracts administration.
  • Responsible for regular updates of procurement reports such as Non-conformance, SSJ etc. while ensuring AP procedure is followed.
  • Make and keep procurement records that show things like spending, savings, KPIs, and more.
  • Oversee the procurement page.
  • As needed, send out RFQs and assess proposals.
  • Helps buyers while they’re away.
  • Every day, run the office and do a range of administrative and clerical work.
  • As soon as people come into the office, greet them and say hello.
  • Show visitors how to get to the right person and building.
  • Answer the phone, screen calls, and send them to someone else.
  • Make sure the office is clean and well-kept, and that it has all the supplies it needs, like pens, forms, and handouts.
  • Give simple, correct information in person, over the phone, or through email.
  • Get daily mail and packages, sort them, and hand them out.
  • Make changes to calendars and set up talks.
  • Do other office work as a receptionist, like filing, photocopying, typing, and faxing.
