JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establish an organizational service excellence framework
• Support the department’s Quality and Security Management Systems (SEMS). I
• Set, maintain and continually improve an auditing system that manages and reduces the risk profile of the department and external providers.
• Assist in the elimination, or minimization of the risk of Act of Unlawful Interference, which could result in death or injury to our customers, contractors and staff, plus loss or damage to assets, by performing audits, inspections, Tests, and risk assessments and root cause analysis

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Quality Assurance Role: 5+ Years
• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Quality Assurance / AVSEC Experience
• Internal Audit & TAPA auditor Certification
• Knowledgeable of EFQM module and actively took part in EFQM assessment
