JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Ensure adherence to the Quality System in all departments by conducting daily random checks as assigned and reporting on the implementation of activities and usage of forms as per procedures.
2. Report any practices taking place that are not documented in the work procedures.
3. Support the senior quality personnel in confirming NCR’s corrective action and investigating fixes for issues that continue to arise.
4. As instructed by senior quality officials, inspect flights, meals, products, and procedures, either fully or partially.
5. At any moment during the day, represent the senior quality staff using the roster that the senior quality manager has approved.
6. Carry out other responsibilities related to the quality function as delegated.
7. Inform senior quality staff of any grievances throughout his shift.
8. Implement the ISO 9001: 2000 international standards-based Quality Policy and Quality System, and carry out all duties in accordance with departmental work processes while taking into account the EKFC Quality Policy.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Qualification:
- O or A Level in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification (must have)
Work Experience:
- Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Quality Control function in an ISO-regulated environment. Should have completed minimum on-the-job training and mandatory training.
