JOB DESCRIPTION

As Purchasing Officer you will be responsible for;

  • all purchasing functions
  • quotations
  • quality and availability
  • physical control of all store items until issued
  • fully documented under strict control procedures (key control, timing schedule, authorized issue requests)
  • Maintaining logical storeroom inventory levels operationally required
  • Ensuring that the suppliers follow the rules relating to the hygiene of goods delivered.

  • Past relevant work and hospitality experience.
  • Flexible to respond to a range of various work situations
