JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure cleanliness of all public areas
- Carry out lost property procedures
- Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
- In charge of master keys in his/her possession
- Make time for routine thorough cleaning, such as carpet shampooing and deep cleaning every month.
- Report maintenance problems to the Engineering and Maintenance Department; inspect restrooms and public spaces, taking appropriate corrective action.
- Respect all health and safety laws as well as fire and hotel security standards.
- Complete any other appropriate assignment that the hotel management assigns.
REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on own or in teams
