JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and manage the overall project plan, timeline, and budget for the H2H, SWIFT MT to MX, NPSS integration initiative.
• Secure stakeholder buy-in and commitment from across the organization, including IT, operations, compliance, and business departments.
• Divide the project into manageable workstreams and phases, and allocate resources and tasks wisely.
• Identify and address risks and problems that could affect the project’s progress in a proactive manner.
• Oversee vendor relationships to make sure they provide services and solutions in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
• Oversee the integrated solution’s development, testing, and implementation.
• To guarantee effective delivery, track project performance indicators and make necessary plan adjustments.
• Oversee change management initiatives to guarantee users’ seamless acceptance of the new solution.
• Regularly and openly update stakeholders on the status and advancement of the project.
• Keep a record of the project’s lessons learnt to guide future efforts.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of H2H communication protocols, SWIFT MT messaging, MX standards, and NPSS requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
