JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the CEO in daily operations, managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks and projects across different departments, ensuring timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Manage business and sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • To keep projects on schedule, monitor project progress, spot possible problems, and put solutions in place.
  • Get ready for executive meetings and decision-making procedures by creating presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is kept current and easily available by organizing and maintaining it.
  • As appropriate, carry out research and compile data to assist the project teams and the CEO.
  • Exercise the utmost discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and secret material.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Track and evaluate the progress of the project, giving the CEO and other pertinent stakeholders regular updates.
  • Encourage cooperation and efficient communication to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance and project management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
