JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensuring that all processes are followed up in a diligent manner
  • Attend scrum meeting of all concerned departments
  • Produce reports on project status , risks and next steps for relevant stake holders
  • Weekly executive report to producer on the projects progress
  • Coordinate with and keep track of all outsourced activities
  • Follow up after quality check on assignments received from outsource mediums

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a game development studio or some project management experience would be preferred
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in project management

REQURIEMENTS

  • A gamer or someone with a keen interest in the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
  • Ability to maintain diligent follow up
  • Highly meticulous and organized
  • Attentive to details
  • Superior competency using spreadsheet software’s
