JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices in line with the PMC invoicing procedures.
  • Work closely with Project Controls, Project Management, and other relevant departments to gather information necessary for invoicing.
  • Keep all pertinent financial data, invoices, and receipts in orderly, accurate records in the relevant project folders.
  • Work together with the credit and collection department to resolve any unresolved payment concerns.
  • Keep your invoice registers current so that management may review them.
  • Produce ICV claim invoices on schedule.
  • For all current projects, keep a record of the PBG expiration and insurance certificates.
  • Learn how to use the ADNOC ARIBA interface to upload invoices and check their status.
  • Participate in client and project support team meetings as needed.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Min 3-5 years oil and gas industry experience providing project administrative and support role
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma

  • Advanced MS office software (Excel, Word, power point) skills
  • Experience on ADNOC ARIBA portal is an added advantage.
