JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitor various tender and vendor registration portals for new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of registration and pre-qualification requirements.
  • Manage and organise documentation for vendor pre-qualification.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of registration credentials and documentation.
  • Regularly update the company’s profile on various portals to reflect current information, certifications, and capabilities.
  • Work together with internal departments to collect and confirm correct information for profile updates.
  • Make sure that all of the company’s information is in line with our branding and corporate goals.
  • Keep yourself updated on the rules and specifications that apply to various portals.
  • Make sure each registration has the necessary paperwork and satisfies all compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a record of every correspondence and contribution pertaining to portal registrations.
  • serve as the liaison between the procurement teams of our clients and our organization.
  • Maintain continuous communication with internal teams to obtain the data required for updates and registrations.
  • Report on a regular basis to management the results and developments of the registration and profile maintenance processes.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents by performing quality checks.
  • To preserve compliance and confidence, take quick action to resolve any inconsistencies or problems.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the context of business development and procurement.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with vendor registration and pre-qualification processes on various portals.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and platforms for registration and profile management; experience in Power BI would be useful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
