JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understands the company’s objectives and standards of the company applying them on the job daily.
  • Ensures customers’ expectations and performance targets of the department.
  • Possesses a warm & friendly approach to other team members and a positive sharing of workloads, skills & knowledge.
  • Follows standards explained and careful work to always ensure safety & accuracy.
  • Ensures awareness of emergency procedures and carries out tasks in emergency situations.
  • handles visitor inquiries, issues, and complaints with tact and discretion in a timely, professional manner that doesn’t harm the hotel’s reputation or other aspects of it.

     

  • makes sure the kids’ club is tidy.

     

  • Communicate often with the S&L Manager.

     

  • to keep the kids club a secure place for all the kids who come.

     

  • Make sure all parents and/or guardians accurately complete the registration form for their children, which includes the child’s history and other crucial information.

     

  • Make and keep track of an inventory of all the club’s toys and equipment.

     

  • Ascertain that all equipment is hygienic and well-maintained, and that any broken or replacement parts are recorded.

     

  • Make sure you adhere to the S&L manager’s daily, weekly, and monthly activity calendars.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hotel Management High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-year relevant experience in a 5 Star hotel.

REQURIEMENTS

  • Previous experience in kids club or childcare.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong orientation towards customer service
