Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Maintain a structured filing system for documents, records, and correspondence.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a bridge of communication between the CEO and department directors. Collect, organize, and relay information to and from relevant parties.
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications, reports, and documents as needed.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
HR Admin Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, benefits, and attendance.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
- Maintain a positive and confidential HR environment
