  • Responsible in taking Food and Beverage orders through the phone
  • upselling menu items
  • Computing bills
  • Conducting payments
  • Ensure completeness and standards of set-up for every order
  • Maximizing guest satisfaction.

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • Minimum a year work experience within a luxurious hotel environment.
  • Abilities to think quickly on their feet
  • Work under pressure are a must.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
