JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible to provide an excellent, efficient, flexible and consistent level of service to the customers.
  • Ensure a proper follow up is done for all guest requests and comments.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service
  • communications skills
  • interpersonal skills are a must.
