JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist Operations Managers in overall supervision of the Pre-approval, Care Center, Claims Management and After Sales Support departments and monitoring departments performance; plus conducting unit meetings on behalf of the respective manager.
  • Assist the Manager in staff appraisal using company performance appraisal  tool & ensure unit performs its task to have the medical ethics respected at all times.
  • Contributes in operating, developing, implementing high end policies.
  • Act as OPS account manager for specific schema.
  • Act as OPS project manager for high end projects.
  • accountable for the department’s overall success and in charge of implementing the key processes.
  • Make recommendations for changes to the department’s policies and procedures that the employees should abide by.
  • Makes certain that team member responsibilities are completed in accordance with operational protocols.
  • monitors and guarantees that reporting and process claims targets are met.
  • assures maximal medical data gathering by maintaining a high standard of quality in everyday claims processing.
  • keeps an eye on and follows up on the department’s performance in accordance with established performance goals.
  • establishes quality standards to guarantee that consistently excellent customer service is given.
  • makes certain that the deadlines for communication are met in a prompt and appropriate manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to assist in developing, evaluating, motivating staff in a customer-focused team setting
  • Attention to detail and ability of multi-task
  • Time management, prioritization and organizational skills while maintaining focus on customer needs
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users.
  • Ability to demonstrate sounds work ethics.
  • Experience of working with senior managers and understanding the necessity to act in a pleasant and courteous manner and to be able to work effectively with others
