Inflight Product Operations Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Provide transportation of equipment and documents airside, between flydubai Head Office, flydubai airside workshop, Emirates Flight Catering, Dnata and aircraft.
2. Upgrades to the in-flight entertainment headphones, such as:
• Sterilization and cleaning.
• Testing with the provided apparatus.
• Replacing any broken components.
• Returning broken headphones to the vendor for fixing.
3. Daily upgrades to all aircraft’s in-flight entertainment programming.
4. Daily testing and inspection of Point of Sale equipment on every aircraft, along with necessary replacement of any missing or malfunctioning parts.
5. Business class cabin attire before every flight, comprising:
• Every passenger seat should have blankets and pillows.
• Water bottles are placed next to each seat.
• Headphones are given to every seat and are taken out of the aircraft at the end of each flight.
• Making sure the business class cabin is presented at the highest caliber overall.
6. Storage and issuance of safety instruction cards and magazines on a daily basis.
7. Other duties assigned by the management
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field
REQURIEMENTS

- Basic computer skills.
