JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares suppliers’ price structure and coordinates with suppliers to get their approval.
  Monitors the setup of prices and landed cost making sure these are in conformity with agreed
• Maintains control over the process starting from ensuring  all claimable amounts are debited on time.
• Reconciles Receivable/Payable accounts to make sure that all balances are correct and match with suppliers’ statements.
• Executes controls according to SOP to guarantee that reality sheets are completely supported, spending is controlled inside concurred financial plans and providers’ commitments are pre-concurred and gotten on time so that Net edges are safeguarded.
• Follows up and distribute their receipts to guarantee all due charge notes are settled.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting
