JOB DESCRIPTION

The Office Receptionist will be in charge of keeping the reception area tidy and well-groomed, greeting guests in a kind, professional, and courteous manner, fielding incoming and outgoing calls, and promptly relaying messages to guests. All generic emails will be handled by this job, who will also make sure they are forwarded to the appropriate person.

Furthermore, the Receptionist will oversee administrative duties for different divisions in the company, take care of mail, help plan internal gatherings, and arrange meetings and appointments on executives’ behalf.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Experience working within a Customer Service or Administrative position and must be proficient using Microsoft Office. This position serves as the face of the business, requiring a personable demeanour with outstanding customer service skills. The individual must also uphold confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
