JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Oversee the CEO’s calendar, setting up meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • On behalf of the CEO, draft and disseminate memos, letters, reports, and correspondence.
  • Take care of parcels and mail that come in and go out.
  • Count the inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Help in planning and directing meetings and activities for the company.
  • Preserve a spotless and well-organized workspace.
  • Carry out routine administrative tasks like data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Be discreet and professional when handling private and sensitive information.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant, minimum 3 years

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Resident of UAE
