JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed
  •  Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately
  •  Keep filing systems in order and help other real estate team members with contracts when they need it, like with title exams, title sheets, fees, and getting buyer and seller information in sync.
  •  Plan trips, meetings, and events for the team.
  •  Buy office items as needed and keep equipment in good shape • Do basic bookkeeping, keep track of office costs, and make sure
  •  Office managers may also be responsible for administration or as an executive assistant. This could include greeting clients, keeping track of schedules, setting up meetings, and answering questions.
  •  This could also include taking care of rent payments, managing trust funds and finances, setting up open houses and marketing, helping with HR and other support tasks.
  •  helping real estate agents and property managers with their forms, deals, and contracts work.
  •  Take care of real estate paperwork, such as registration and certification tasks.
  •  Do everything that needs to be done in an office.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Min Bachelor Degree in Business administration , Civil Engineering or related field .
  •  Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager with minimum 8 years’ experience in similar roles.
  •  Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  •  Hands on experience with office machines
  •  Familiarity with email scheduling tools
