We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with demonstrated autonomous UAE experience encompassing HR, facilities, and finance oversight. The position manages a team of ten, in this highly corporate, boutique office with the role encompassing diverse responsibilities, managing the general administration function and operational effectiveness as it supports the continued growth of the business across the region and internationally.

This office is unique, and the person who is currently working there will be the first person the office talks to about operational and administrative problems. This is a multifaceted job that requires someone who is self-motivated and well-organized. They will have to wear many hats and make sure the office works well as a whole, with clear rules and procedures in place.

Some important parts of the job will include organising and coordinating office administration and procedures, coming up with rules for how people can talk to each other in the office, streaming administrative processes, supervising office staff, and giving out tasks. In addition, they are in charge of all day-to-day administrative tasks, supplier deals, HR oversight, and communicating with relevant authorities on and off shore about licencing and health and safety requirements, making sure that all local laws and rules are followed. The person in this job will report to senior executives in both the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.



Applications are invited from candidates with at least 3-5 years of UAE experience, in a broad based role with exceptional English ability, and who are strong, independent thinkers. Excellent administrative ability and full proficiency in MS Office coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards is required. We are seeking candidates with strong proactivity, strictest levels of confidentiality, good organizational skills, and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally candidates will have had previous exposure to a professional services environment (legal, consultancy, investment banking/ asset management).
