JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the CEO in and manage the day-to-day requirements of the office.
- Supporting the CEO, you will be assisting with all the support services administration and coordination and be an integral part of this young, vibrant team. Responsibilities will include full administrative coordination with external vendors, PMO and service support, HR and financial support to the accountancy function.
- The role will also liaise with other entities and stakeholders globally.
REQURIEMENTS
- 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative support capacity
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
- Arabic skills would be considered advantageous although not a pre-requisite
