JOB DESCRIPTION
General Administration tasks:
- Office front desk activities
- Assists with event planning
- Assist with vendor setups and procurement activities (office supply)
- coordinating office upkeep with Johnson Controls Facilities Management or other contractors.
- As required, offers all other administrative support.
- coordinating office operations and activities to ensure productivity and adherence to corporate guidelines
- Help coworkers when needed
Travel and Event planning
- Coordinate travel administration and travel expenses for visitors and internal personnel. Included but not limited to reservations, mode of transportation, travel dates and accommodations.
- Help to prepare event schedules and coordinate with parties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or similar background
- 1-3 years of working experience / Internship experience in Admin / Coordinator related activities
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS office
