JOB DESCRIPTION

General Administration tasks:

  • Office front desk activities
  • Assists with event planning
  • Assist with vendor setups and procurement activities (office supply)
  • coordinating office upkeep with Johnson Controls Facilities Management or other contractors.
  • As required, offers all other administrative support.
  • coordinating office operations and activities to ensure productivity and adherence to corporate guidelines
  • Help coworkers when needed

Travel and Event planning

  • Coordinate travel administration and travel expenses for visitors and internal personnel. Included but not limited to reservations, mode of transportation, travel dates and accommodations.
  • Help to prepare event schedules and coordinate with parties as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or similar background
  • 1-3 years of working experience / Internship experience in Admin / Coordinator related activities
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in MS office
