JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Maintaining project documents and records.
  •  Assisting with data entry and file organization.
  •  Managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
  •  Supporting project team with clerical tasks.
  •  Coordinating mail and shipments for project needs.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
  •  Female, 35 years old and below
  •  At least 2 years of UAE relevant experience
  •  Experienced in data entry, typing, and organizing files (both hard copy and soft copy)
  •  Must have fast typing skills, at least 50 WPM, and familiar with office procedures and Microsoft Offices
