JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Office Management: Coordinate office supply inventory, liaise with vendors, and manage procurement of office necessities.
  • Front Desk Support: Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries with professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, booking travel and accommodations, and assisting with events.
  • Handle and direct questions from outside sources. Help out with communication when necessary on behalf of management.
  • Support the planning and carrying out of corporate meetings and events.
  • Documentation: Wherever necessary, keep precise documentation of office expenses, service contracts, supplier agreements, and data entry.
  • HR Support: Help with the physical setup of training sessions and new hire orientations, as well as employee management including leaves and expenses.
  • Check that all office operations follow corporate and regulatory regulations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Any bachelor’s degree; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Business; experience with office management systems.
  • Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Traits: Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a service-oriented approach to work.
