JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure smooth running of HO building with undisrupted operations.
- Performing clerical and filing tasks for BU
- Mail delivery and housekeeping coordination
- Answering the phones on the reception and forwarding calls if needed.
- Monitoring office inventory and informing incase of shortage.
- Schedule meetings and arrange meetings / conference room.
- Perform and track routine inspection in common areas
- Inform line manager incase any repair or intervention is required
- Arranging new stationery and office furniture
- Assisting various departments in office activities.
REQURIEMENTS
- Fluent written and spoken English
