JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Help with scheduling maintenance or repairs for office equipment.
  • Take care of routine office duties like printing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Welcome guests and give them a good initial impression of the company.

     

  • Handle deliveries and mail, both in and out.
  • As needed, help the management with routine administrative duties.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.).
