  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This includes handling phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  2. Coordination: Assist in the coordination of office activities and events. Collaborate with different departments to streamline communication and workflow.
  3. Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Enter and update data in our systems with accuracy. Keep accurate and well-organized records for a range of jobs and projects.
  5. Help with communication: Draft emails, memos, and other papers as needed. Participate in both internal and external communication.
  6. Organize travel for staff members by making reservations for lodging, airfare, and other modes of transportation.
  7. Meeting support includes setting up meeting spaces, making appointments, and helping to plan events. When needed, take minutes and disseminate pertinent data.


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
