JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide essential support to Senior Management in day-to-day operations.
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and assisting with administrative and non administrative tasks.
  • Guarantees proper convention is executed for the Administration Office while managing senior administration and other authority bodies.
  • Help with overseeing schedules, booking arrangements, and planning gatherings, guaranteeing ideal using time effectively and prioritization.
  • Plan and disperse correspondence, notices, reports, and introductions as mentioned.
  • Keep up with and put together physical and computerized documents, records, and archives, guaranteeing exactness, privacy, and simple recovery.
  • Keeps a modern and exact recording arrangement of all archives got through the Division Administrative center
  • Keeps up with and affirms the Division Head’s journal in participation with different Workplaces/Offices/Universities
  • Oversee approaching and active correspondences, including noting and screening calls, taking messages, and answering messages in an expert and ideal way. Welcome and help guests, guaranteeing a positive and inviting experience.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Media and comunication or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in an educational institution

REQURIEMENTS

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Preferably bilingual (speaks English and Arabic fluently)
  • Excellent with English writing including minutes or meetings, reports and emails
  • Very high degree of independence, responsibility, and judgment.
