Reception/ Office Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments, and handle conference room reservations.
  • Help with courier services and mail distribution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Help in ordering and inventorying office supplies.
  • Work together as a team to support different tasks and initiatives.



  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – Arabic preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
