JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
- Coordinate with external suppliers including utilities, insurance companies etc.
- Maintain office cleanliness.
- Organize social events.
- Manage general filing.
- Assist in loading reports and datasets to the company website.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
Personal Assistant (PA):
- Provide support to senior executives.
Reception Duties:
- Answer phones and manage mail.
- Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments.
HR Support:
- Maintain records and assist with new hires.
Client/Account Management:
- Oversee client accounts, contracts, and database.
- Assist business development in setting up trials for prospects.
REQURIEMENTS
- Fluent in English.
- Self-started and able to work on own initiative.
- Communication, problem solving and teamwork skills an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Dubai.
