Office Administrator & Personal Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers including utilities, insurance companies etc.
  • Maintain office cleanliness.
  • Organize social events.
  • Manage general filing.
  • Assist in loading reports and datasets to the company website.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.

Personal Assistant (PA):

  • Provide support to senior executives.

Reception Duties:

  • Answer phones and manage mail.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments.

HR Support:

  • Maintain records and assist with new hires.

Client/Account Management:

  • Oversee client accounts, contracts, and database.
  • Assist business development in setting up trials for prospects.



  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-started and able to work on own initiative.
  • Communication, problem solving and teamwork skills an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Dubai.
