JOB DESCRIPTION

-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

-Oversee the delivery, acceptance, and inventory of company items.

-Control communications (phone calls, emails, letters, packages, etc.)

-Generate and maintain databases and records containing financial, human, and other data.

-Record office supply inventory and place orders as needed.

-Prepare presentations and proposals as needed, and submit reports on time.

-Help colleagues when need

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role

-BS in office administration or a relevant field is preferred

 

REQUIREMENTS

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
