JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Getting ready espresso and tea for staff and guests .
  • Sending messages to concerned office facilitator for refreshing item conveyance plan.
  • Overseeing and arranging approaching mail, faxes, and dispatch conveyances for appropriation.
  • Handling messenger and different administrations to easily run office.
  • Noting approaching calls, deciding reason for calls, and sending calls to proper staff or division without any the workplace manager.
  • Organizing among offices and working units in settling everyday managerial and functional issues.
  • Checking tidiness of office gear and furniture.
  • Keeping up with worldwide call logs.
  • Keeping up with electronic access gadget for section and exit.
  • Keeping up with gathering or meeting room plan program.
  • Organizing birthday or party meeting bites and squeezes.
  • Supporting with IT division to guarantee all associations running fine.

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree
  •  Must be based in the UAE and willing to move to company visa
