JOB DESCRIPTION
- Getting ready espresso and tea for staff and guests .
- Sending messages to concerned office facilitator for refreshing item conveyance plan.
- Overseeing and arranging approaching mail, faxes, and dispatch conveyances for appropriation.
- Handling messenger and different administrations to easily run office.
- Noting approaching calls, deciding reason for calls, and sending calls to proper staff or division without any the workplace manager.
- Organizing among offices and working units in settling everyday managerial and functional issues.
- Checking tidiness of office gear and furniture.
- Keeping up with worldwide call logs.
- Keeping up with electronic access gadget for section and exit.
- Keeping up with gathering or meeting room plan program.
- Organizing birthday or party meeting bites and squeezes.
- Supporting with IT division to guarantee all associations running fine.
REQURIEMENTS
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Must be based in the UAE and willing to move to company visa
