  • Communicates store targets to the team and drives sales to achieve financial objectives
  • Maintains proper loss prevention standards and ensures compliance with cash handling, fraud and theft of products
  • Oversees and monitors all point of sales activities in the store which includes – sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback’ etc.
  • Oversees cash transaction entry and management (petty cash, point of sales (POS) cash elements, change floats)
  • Consistently reviews own store organization and resolves any issues; helps with completing yearly stock counts and spot checks
  • Screens and handles client grumblings and make a restorative move in accordance with strategy; settle client objections and answers criticism in an opportune and proficient way
  • Tracks and assesses brand deals execution, research market patterns and contender exchanging exercises to recognize basic business factors and propose activity intends to expand deals and productivity
  • Screens and dissects deals reports and gives bits of knowledge to amplify stock potential; covers the presentation of new and center assortments
  • Keeps up with window and in-store presentations to an elevated expectation in accordance with promoting rules
  • Regulates and screens the stock administration in the store ( stock accessibility, request the executives, back store the board, stock development inside store)
  • Guarantees precise stock product and the board (stock maturing , stock misfortune, space the executives) inside the store
  • Arranges with offices division on fixes or substitutions of furniture or gear; upholds organization upkeep norms/projects to advance resource life
