JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and track project exercises, Get ready work progress reports, and answering to the Undertaking Chief on project progress, including recognizing and resolving issues and dangers as they emerge

- Coordinate and speak with project partners, including clients, workers for hire, and other colleagues of the undertakings

- Lead site assessments in planning with experts, subcontractors to guarantee that work is finished securely and as per every single significant guideline and rules

- Plan and carry out adjustments to existing frameworks or gear according to design to further develop execution, energy effectiveness, and so on.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution
- Certification Courses of HVAC/Refrigeration etc is added advantage
- 4 to 7 years of HVAC &/or Building Controls &/or ESPC experience
- Experience with HVAC/HVAC Engineering desired, including building controls and management systems
- Experience in Retrofitting Chiller plant projects handling team of technicians, and subcontractors
- Capable of making site inspection, taking BOQ and prepare Reports
