JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop an expertise in the fine fragrance markets across the GCC, by conducting market research (desktop and on the ground), brand analysis, social media listening, influencer and celebrities following, trend identification, new brands & launches tracking
- Support the account managers with building strong customer relationships by deep diving into the clients’ brands, strategies, portfolio, products and consumer needs to proactively identify gaps and needs, transforming them into actionable insights and strategic business opportunities
- Create, plan, arrange, and carry out workshops, events, and presentations that inspire and engage customers in a way that converts them into commercial possibilities.
- Produce imaginative and captivating narratives, olfactory depictions, ideas, and demonstrations for the clients.
- Publish and distribute monthly newsletters featuring the newest developments, releases, and proactive guidelines both internally and globally, all the while keeping our internal database up to date.
- Keep track of and report on our recent victories. Among other things, organize marketing campaigns, toolbox designs, creation, and production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of brand, communication and/or retail trade marketing experience in the Beauty and Fine Fragrance Industry
- Willing to Travel
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic strong proficiency is non-negotiable)
- Microsoft Office skills a must – design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) an advantage
